Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully roll your wallpaper back into its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine, resellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return tube or box.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
